POs created for indirect procurements directly from requisitions for catalog items or after a sourcing event in the vSRM system are transferred into your ERP system and the Supplier at the same time.
Any contractual direct material orders which are created in your ERP system depending on your manufacturing needs are transferred into vSRM. Any order changes are synchronized at the backend.
Orders can also be transferred into the Supplier via EDI formats , email, and be accessible via the vSRM portal.
Purchase Order’s entire life cycle; Order confirmations, loading confirmations, transportation planning, shipments, customs clearance, warehouse entries and all other milestones can be tracked in detail.

It offers features that enable the creation of milk run material collection plans from vSRM order plans, sharing track based transportation plans and managing the milk run process together with suppliers and 3PL logistics companies.
vSRM Inbound Transportation management module is used for shipment planning, trip planning and tracking in cases where the transportation is the responsibility of the customer.
