QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification:

  1. To manage customer analysis studies and Project meetings effectively and efficiently
  2. To design the system of functions that need to be developed in line with the project needs
  3. Coordinating with the development team, planning project developments
  4. Designing ERP integration studies and planning and guiding the solution partner or Customer IT team
  5. Supporting product development processes
  6. To ensure that the project is managed and reported in accordance with Project Management standards

Background:

  1. Graduated from engineering and business faculties of universities (Preferably Industrial / Management Engineering, Informatics, Business Informatics etc.)
  2. Having worked as a senior consultant or project manager in ERP Application projects, at least 3 years of experience,
  3. Having analytical thinking skills, experienced in business process design, high analysis ability,
  4. Planning and coordination skills
  5. Preferably have PMP or similar Project management certificates
  6. Prone to teamwork, high communication skills
  7. Competent in presentation and reporting
  8. Able to adapt to flexible working hours

Qualification:

The Lead J2EE/Java Programmer functions as high-level technician working on moderate to complex work requests. As a member of the ITG   Ltd product development team, the J2EE/Java Programmer is responsible for application design/analysis, coding, testing, documenting all code, maintaining and upgrading commercially available vSRM software products. The candidate must be familiar with J2EE/Java utilities. IDE’s, Test Systems and other web-based programming tools. This individual will also interface with the customers and ITG Ltd’s Client Services organization to address post production issues and provide ongoing technical support.

Background:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics or related field preferred.
  2. 3+ years experience in J2EE based enterprise software development environment.
  3. Strong server side, multi-threaded Java programming skills.
  4. Experience with the following technologies: JSP, Servlet, JDBC, Apache-Tomcat, Hibernate, Javascript, Jquery, HTML5, CSS.
  5. XML Programming using Java. RDBMS-MySQL.
  6. Good understanding of Object Oriented Methodologies.
