Your suppliers prepare their shipments and ASN through the vSRM system and create shipping labels for all product packages.
All products are shipped with labels. It converts the ASN information sent by our suppliers in different EDI standards into a single format and transmits it to your ERP system to be used at warehouse entrances.
With vSRM's VMI Management, MAN suppliers started seeing their inventory levels online.
e-Kanban shipping signals are automatically generated by vSRM when products need to be replenished according to advanced replenishment algorithms.
When necessary, materials began to be withdrawn from suppliers.
The vSRM eKanban module enables automatic generation of kanban cards with different kanban card creation algorithms and forwarding of shipping signals to suppliers. It plays an active role in reducing stock levels without interrupting production processes by only shipping when necessary.
MAN was allowed to share the production assembly line vehicle row with JIT delivery suppliers.
Suppliers can see the materials they need to ship for a particular vehicle based on the vehicle's configuration. Shipment and ASN shipment operations can be carried out based on Vehicle Identification Number. Any changes to production assembly line vehicle arrays are monitored online by suppliers. Shipments are made by suppliers just in time.
